This service is mentoring and personal development support. It is not psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, medical treatment or healthcare.
You watch pornography more often or for longer than you intended.
You have tried to cut down or stop, but keep returning to it.
You use pornography to cope with stress, loneliness, boredom or difficult emotions.
It conflicts with your values, relationships or the way you want to live.
You want to make a change, but you are not sure how to make it last.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Understand your patterns and triggers.
Clarify what you want to change and why.
Build a realistic plan for changing unwanted habits.
Develop practical strategies for difficult situations and urges.
Create accountability and review what is working.
Work toward greater consistency between your behaviour, relationships and personal values.
The focus is on practical change, reflection and personal responsibility — not diagnosis or treatment.
1. Introductory meeting
We start with a 50-minute conversation to understand your situation, what you want to change and whether this kind of mentoring is a good fit for you.
2. A practical change plan
Together we identify patterns, triggers and situations that make change difficult, and define realistic next steps.
3. Ongoing support and accountability
If you decide to continue, we meet regularly to review progress, adjust the plan and strengthen what is working.
Sessions are available in Prague and online.
I work with people who want to change difficult habits, understand their behaviour more clearly and live in greater alignment with their values.
My background includes long-term work with clients, training in therapeutic approaches, theology and ongoing study in psychology. In this service, however, I work specifically in the role of a mentor and personal development guide.
My approach combines practical behaviour change, reflection, accountability and respect for each person’s values and life context.
Based in Prague. Sessions available in English, Czech and online.
This mentoring may be a good fit if you:
want to change unwanted pornography habits,
are looking for practical support and accountability,
are willing to reflect on your own choices and patterns,
want your behaviour to be more consistent with your values and relationships.
Is this therapy?
No. This service is mentoring and personal development support. It does not include psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, medical treatment or healthcare.
Do I need to identify as “addicted” to pornography?
No. You do not need a diagnosis or label. The focus is simply on whether pornography or related habits are causing problems in your life and whether you want to change them.
Can we work online?
Yes. Sessions are available online and in person in Prague.
How often do we meet?
That depends on your situation and goals. Some people prefer regular weekly or biweekly meetings, while others need less frequent support.
What if I am not sure whether I need help?
You can use the introductory meeting to talk through your situation and decide whether this form of mentoring makes sense for you.
